Our rates
Therapy
Offered online or in-person. Therapy involves a therapeutic relationship between a trained professional and an individual or group. The goal is to address emotional or behavioral challenges, explore thoughts and feelings, and work towards positive changes. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar, Optum, Oxford, United Health Care. Out-of-network costs are below.

Psychiatric session
Offered online or in-person. This type of appointment is a comprehensive assessment by a provider to understand an individual's mental well-being, diagnose any conditions, and recommend personalized treatment, such as medication. This does not include talk therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, and UHC. Out-of-network costs are below.
